Bad mood in the morning

You can blame anything or anybody in your bad moon in the morning. Here they are, overeating, stresses, enormous house core, sleepless children, too independent teenagers, work troubles, quarreling with your beloved or friends, closed window and thick air and so on and so forth. But let's try to dig deeper. It is possible that bad mood in the morning is connected with your dreams. Usually people remember only a few dreams of theirs. But they could leave very bad impression. Your subconscious state is not a helper of yours. You could suffer from your boss's inoffensive remark which had happened last week, and it is reflected in your nightmares.
By the way, the children and adults suffer from the nightmares equally.
They say that mostly the women must cope with their bad mood in the morning. They point out stress, children's problems, financial troubles or lack of her husband's desire to help her in evening, instead of taking a nap in front of the tube, as the reasons.
Usually they recommend being positive as for the life events, do not take them to heart – you will not bring them into your subconsciousness and will not make your brain send wrong signals of worrying and anxiety. At the same time it is better to find the balance line between ignorance and anxiety, as worrying is a natural reaction of your organism to stay alarm and active.
