Defocusing fight

Perhaps, you know this feeling when you do not want to do anything in spite of the fact that you have to complete some tasks. You invent any reason in order to delay making your duties. But as a result you are stressed and upset that the reports are not ready till the proper time or you are not ready to pass an exam. It is a bad habit that is caused by inability to control your wishes.
Your ability to work or study depends on your personal characteristics, but the environment is important as well. If you are able to work even if five babies make the war around you, it is great! But if you are not able to focus, make everything possible to arrange the place for your working or studying. For example, close the door, open the window to air the room, get away every source of disturbance (coffee machines, movies, music player, magazines, books etc), clean the table if it is important to you and give yourself the command to relax only when you complete the task or a part of it. Let everybody know that you are busy and you need peace in order to do your things. If you work at home, you have to treat your work place as an office. Make the certain hours for lunch and sleep. Do not take a nap in the middle of the day. At least, it is not something you used to do while you are at the office, aren't you?
Arrange the to-do list and priorities. You can even mark the items you completed successfully. It is to make your feel satisfied with the effective work.
