Fighting bad mood

What to do? The psychological tests are not able to improve your mental health. You can not make yourself think positive. And even the glass of water does not seem half full. Meditation, yoga and physical exercises do not help.
Try the folk recipes. Drink a cup of tea with mint before going to bed, take an aroma bath or speak to your friend by phone. Do not eat too much before falling asleep. The matter is that your stomach is digesting food for some hours, when you have to sleep. During this time the brain is to send the signals through all over your body instead of the useful relaxation.
When you wake up, make something which symbolizes good mood to you – do physical exercises, drink a glass of fresh juice, smoke a cigarette at least, or kiss your sweetheart. The best remedy against sleepiness in the morning and bad mood is contrast shower. It stimulates the brain to wake up quicker. The morning exercises are to make you feel better.
I know another very effective way to cope with bad mood. When you are late in the morning, you do not have spare time for the bad thoughts and irritation. But this idea is for really extreme people.
Thoughtful approach to your lifestyle can prevent you from forming stable habits or even break them!
