Forgetting the names

I know some people who are not able to remember some names, birthdays or even events. Dale Carnegie says that if you wish to get along with the different people well, you should remember their names and their personal affairs. What if I wish, but I can not? What if I am interested in the promotion, but I can not remember the names of the most requirable company products? There are two ideas why it happens.

The first one is your personal memory disorders. What could you do? Get physically fit, manage stress, sleep well, watch the sugar in your food (the more, the better), go slow with supplements, set challenging and interesting goals, make sex, associate with your friends more, walk in nature, play outdoors. Some people learn the verses by heart and repeat the most difficult tong-twirlers.

Another idea is a rather strong impact on subconsciousness. It might happen that you want to forget some person, some event or some task. Unconditionally, you try to rub it off your mind and life. Everything has its name and everyone has the name. There is not any name; there is not a person or event. It means that you try to hide some problem and postpone the solving of it. Make sure that you wish to cope with that, it is the first step in the right direction. Then make the plan (speak to your boss about your promotion or break up wrong relationships) and go ahead if you really want to handle your troubles and make your life happier.
