I break something regularly

You think that you are too careless and clumsy? Can not you walk without breaking something? Do you remember this movie about the most unlucky person in the world – François Perrin (Pierre Richard) and you can tell that this story has something similar to you? Usually it is not a fancy tale; it is the result of your negligence, defocusing or carelessness.
The only way to fight this habit is to control your behaviour carefully. The matter is that you could be very busy with the current things. Of course, you arrange your day in such a way to stand for many challenges. Nobody is able to wash the dishes, bring the kids to the school and report your boss like you can do it. But believe that there are many people who are able to cope with some duties of yours.
Or you make the list-to-do, but you include too many things, so, you are not able to complete them without hurrying and making chaos of your every day life. You should look through your day schedule and strike out some items. Include them into another day plan. It is to help you to arrange your days in such a way to do as many things as you are able to do per day. Do not plan more than you are able to complete. It is easy to achieve if you try it again and again.
Another reason is not psychological. Perhaps, your furniture is placed in a very uncomfortable way. So, it turns to be very hard to escape this table with a beautiful vase without trying to break it. Change the furniture positions at your apartment and do not break anything any more.
