Procrastinating

Postponing is declared as a bad habit which has many reasons. However, there are many ways out, too. For example, the task seems to be too unpleasant to complete. Anyway, it just seems to be. It is not as bad as you imagine it to be. Complete it in the beginning of the day and forget about that. Too complex tasks make a person feel anxious as well. The easy way to solve it is to break the big task into the small ones and carry out hem one by one. One of the well-spread reasons for procrastinating is hostility towards the boss. As a matter of fact, it is better to disengage yourself and complete the task as though you were instructed by yourself. When you do not know how to solve the problem, understand the deadlines you can not catch and ask somebody who can help you, or try to analyze the segments of this problem by yourself.
If you are inclined to perfection and you are afraid to accomplish the task worse than you do it usually, it is worthy remembering that your seventy percents success seems to be even better than somebody's natural hundred percents achievements. Lack of interest is beaten easily too. For example, you can schedule some event for the top hours of yours (it means the most active day time for you; the evenings are for the owl people, and the morning hours for the nightingales type).
If you are not able to focus attention, try to find out those things which critically draw your attention – the TV set or internet surfing – and cope with them.
Defining the priorities is to help you to point out the difference between intentional postponing and unneeded hurrying in making decision.
