Too much work to do

Extremes prompts that something is wrong in your personal life. Ignorance could be derived by depression. Too active life position could be a screen against personal troubles. Some people try to escape their personal problem by taking extra work. Or they would like to gain more secure financial status. Or they safe the vacation time for something really wonderful and fascinating. Or they do not want to return home, because nobody is waiting there. Whatever the reason is, workaholic behavior is not the remedy against loneliness or sadness. When you try to reduce communication with your friends or relatives, dig into your duties and do not have any spare time for your own hobbies, it is not a full life of a self-confident person. Of course, you should have your own point of view as for this and you are the only one who can make decision what kind of life you want to run. Nobody wants you to be somebody you do not want to be. But think what your workaholic lifestyle results to. You are stressed regularly; your organism does not have any time to regain the strength and energy, you do not eat properly and have troubles with digestion, you do not communicate with anybody and do not find the friends who will be able to help you when you are in a very bad situation, your family misses you and your kids wants to have a parent like any other child does.
Balance in life and work is considered to be one of the most important directions in the most companies. If the issue is too critical to your personal life and health, so, it is high time to replace extra hours with a short vacation.
